Choosing a bra size
To choose your bra size, you need to take two measurements: the circumference under the bust and the horizontal arch of the chest.
The first measurement determines the numerical value of the bra band size, the second is the letter size of the cup.
To measure the circumference under the breasts, take a measuring tape and measure the circumference directly under the breasts, while the tension of the measuring tape should correspond to your usual bra strap tension.

To measure the horizontal arc value, you should wear an underwire bra with a soft cup (without foam).
The measurement is taken from bone to bone through the center of the chest. Please note that measurements in a bra with a foam cup will not be correct. If you intend to purchase your first bra with a soft cup and there is no possibility to take measurements in such a bra - contact us for additional advice.

The values obtained after measurement must be combined with the values in the table:

First, find the column that corresponds to your chest circumference, then the row that corresponds to your horizontal arc value.
At their intersection is the value of your bra size.
Please note that the size you get from the measurements may be radically different from the size you wear. However, you can be sure that the size you choose will fit you properly.
